Ask your SLP which sound, word, or activity to focus on. You do not need to choose a new goal on your own.
Choose between two familiar activities or games that fit the plan. The useful question is “Which one shall we try?”
Choose a moment that suits your family. If practice is frustrating, pause and ask your SLP how to adapt it. There is no perfect routine to keep up with.
Notice what was easy to start, what held your child’s attention, or where you needed help. Share it through the channel you and your SLP agreed to use.
